What file types should I upload?
STL, 3MF, and OBJ files are all fine. 3MF is preferred, especially for models that include color information.

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the material used, print time, electricity, job setup, and the overall complexity of the part. The pricing page gives a rough guide, but final pricing is confirmed after the file is reviewed.
How long do prints usually take?
For most standard jobs, normal turnaround is about 2 days for the print itself, not including shipping. Larger or more complex jobs can take longer depending on print time and current queue load.
What happens if a file is not printable?
If a file is not printable, you will be contacted and a fix will be suggested if possible before moving forward.
